Landscapes have something magical about them. We encounter them in everyday life, they are the basis of our agriculture and provide the space for our leisure activities. Landscapes leave traces in our memories and awaken longings. They are everywhere out there and yet they only come into being when a person draws a frame around a segment of world. The practice of landscape photography enables me to enter into relationship to the world. Beyond that, it is a wonderful way to pursue creative and outdoor activities.
I studied geography, philosophy and social anthropology and I live in Liebefeld, Bern. This website shows a selection of my photographic work.
